We’ve got a special treat for you on Saturday, June 15th. Our own Chef Jon, who was the wizard behind the curtain of Working Draft’s pre-pandemic kitchen, is returning to make another batch of his amazing Booyah.
Never had Booyah? It’s a soup / stew that finds its origins with the Belgians who settled in northeastern Wisconsin. Made with beef, pork, chicken, carrots, celery, potatoes, rutabaga, and other ingredients, Booyah is a treat often found at church picnics in the summer up north. Or at Working Draft :)
We’re also releasing this year’s Jacuzzi Nights Wild Rice Grand Cru, on draft and limited edition champagne-style bottles. Jacuzzi Nights is a delicious Belgian Ale with fizzy notes of citrus and berries. We’re also bringing in some classic Belgian Beers, like Duvel, Allagash White, St. Bernardus, Saison Dupont, and a fruity Framboise.
You can even get your order of Booyah served in a WDBC mug that you can take home with you.
Sounds like another great party at Working Draft!
